PROCESSING TIME:
Pleas allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Every item is prepared with care before being shipped out.
SHIPPING TIME:
- U.S Orders: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after processing
- international orders: Shipping times may vary bases on location (typically 10-21 business days)
TRACKING YOURE ORDER:
you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us at @sashascollection.net@gmail.com
SHIPPING DELAYS:
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Please allow for extra time during holidays or high-volume seasons.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order! If your package is sent to the wrong address due to a mistake in the order, we cannot reship or refund.
